A no obligation consultation for client to discuss purpose, goals and expectations of
the event to be planned. Paper Soirée will provide a general assessment of what
needs to be done within time frame. Budget expectations must be established for
most accurate review. If additional services are requested of Paper Soirée,
consultation fee will be applied to other services rendered.


Based on consultation, Paper Soirée will put together a personalized planning
schedule to assist you in planning your own event.


After consultation, Paper Soirée will assist you in selecting the appropriate vendors
for your event and budget, and handle contract negotiations. A detailed planning
schedule and day of itinerary will be provided. Generally takes 3-4 hours.
Deposit required.


For a truly stress-free event that you can enjoy, let Paper Soirée handle all aspects of
your event. All you have to do is approve final selection of vendors and details and let
Paper Soirée do all the work. Full Service Planning includes a detailed planning
schedule, day of itinerary, vendor services and vendor follow-up, event coordinator for
day of event up to four hours. If requested, coordinator is available for an additional
$75 an hour after four hours. Deposit required.


Deluxe Service provides a truly customized event that is uniquely yours. Planning
starts with designing a theme and customizing all aspects to follow your theme.
Includes all services above, budget management, event coordinator for the day of the
event, room design, seating charts, RSVP coordination, addressing and mailing of
invitations, and attention and implementation to every detail required for your event.
Paper Soirée will also arrange for after the event services. Deposit required.
